Age 15–20: Epididymis swelling

Age 16–17: Development of OCD symptoms

Age 17: Cystic acne; treated with daily doxycycline for a minimum of 6 months

Fundiform penile ligament injury, later diagnosed in 2023 (mental and medical trauma followed)

Diagnosed with low testosterone

Age 17–18: Admitted to hospital for extreme stress/emotional disturbance; vitals suggested drug use (no drugs involved)

Age 18: Onset of severe skin rash and chemical sensitivity

Age 18–19: Restless leg syndrome

Age 20: Fractured T12 vertebra during squat; subsequent mental trauma

Age 21: Attempted natural healing (diets, fruit fasts, herbal tinctures) to resolve skin issues

Age 22: Trauma/dissociation following mother’s death; became responsible for younger sibling

Age 23: Major dental surgery following a year-long infection from a failed extraction

Age 23–24: Very limited diet due to dental trauma

Night sweats began

Swollen lymph node in neck followed by systemic lymph node swelling

Severe, unmanageable mental health issues when tapering prednisolone below 7.5mg

Age 27–28: As prednisolone dropped to ~37–30mg, ADHD and other medications became less effective

Vitamin D absorption issues

Homocysteine metabolism issues

GI Map showed leaky gut and SIBO

Started Low FODMAP diet

Began taking betaine and digestive enzymes with all food

Age 28–29: Completed two rounds of extensive gut protocols with no improvement

Age 29: Pelvic organ prolapse

Suspected rectal tear

Umbilical hernia

Age 29–30: Air hunger

Age 31: Traveled to India seeking medical help (no improvement)

Mental and Neurological:

Chronic stress (pre-steroids, worsened after)

Severe anhedonia (musical, sexual-anorgasmia); total absence of pleasure or motivation

Persistent dopamine deficiency

Social anxiety and panic disorder (worsened post-steroids and trauma)

Memory impairment (worsened by diazepam and possibly prednisolone)

Lifelong fatigue (stimulants ineffective)

Insomnia confirmed by sleep study

Impulsiveness (significantly worsened post-steroids)

Restless leg syndrome (pre-steroids, worsened after)

Physical:

Excessive sweating, even at night (linked to prednisolone dosage)

Dark/purple patches or bruises on genitals and shins (post-steroids)

Dark blood blisters on tongue and molar areas

Urinary symptoms: weak flow, urgency, incomplete voiding (worsened recently)

General swelling:

Floor of mouth, hardened nodes, salivary glands

Notably swollen lower abdomen

Constipation (unless on all-smoothie/vegetable diet)

Proliferative leukoplakia and bleeding tongue when brushed (post-steroids)

Musculoskeletal Injuries (pre- and post-steroids):

Shoulder injury from chin-ups

Elbow/forearm injury (from punching a couch)

T12 vertebral fracture

Multiple pectoral tears

Recurring hamstring tears - even during rehab

Knees dislocating repeatedly (one broken)

Quad strain

Lower back strain

Bicep strain

Broken ankle

Broken knuckle/finger

1.8cm abdominal wall separation (likely around time of prolapse)

A physiotherapist commented that I have the flexibility of 1 in 10,000 professional athletes - possibly Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. A dentist recently raised the same suspicion.
